Cancellation Policy

 

You can cancel the order within 24 hours after making a purchase and before we process it for shipment. The refund will be credited back to your bank account, if you have made a payment through your credit/debit card or net banking. If we have already shipped your product it cannot be cancelled.

 

To cancel your order
Email to support@t20store.com with your order number and billing zip code within 24hrs of placing the order, our sales team will get in touch with you and do the needful with your cancellation request.

If you would like to make changes to the order or change the shipping address, email to support@t20store.com with your order number and billing zip code within 24hrs of placing the order.

 

Returns Policy

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from t20store.com. You can return all the products other than custom stuffs within 15 days of receipt for a replacement of the item purchased. Read on to know more.

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. T-Shirts must be packed in the original pack as well and returned).
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • We donot support cash on delivery/cancellation/refunds for custom stuff and Hot Deals products. Mooreover custom stuff products are created especially for you.
